Srila B. A. Paramadvaiti Maharaja has requested for years that the Indian Government put more attention to the needs of Braj Mandal Vrindavana. He also gave the Idea to work to get the UNESCO Status World Heritage Site for Vrindavana and surroundings. He also proposed the same for Gaura Mandala and afforestation for the Navadvipa Parikrama area.
